LAC 500 – Medium impact

These medium impact ABS sheets, LAC 500, are obtained through an extrusion process of several layers of ABS. High rigidity combines to standard mechanical strength and good physical properties make for a one product fits it all. A widely appreciated technical solution for thermoformed pieces of any kind, this material is MP3’s most sold ABS. Available in a vast range of colors, glossy or matt, smooth or embossed. A Weather resistant treatment can be added into the product as is a top ASA layer to slow down aging for longer lifecycle. The bottom layer of the sheet can be corona treated to favor glue or resin adhesion.
